The User Story format provides a structured way to define requirements that minimizes ambiguity and rework. In this hands-on workshop, participants will refine pre-written requirements or create new user stories while learning practical techniques to improve their quality and usability.

2. Gain practical, hands-on experience in writing and refining user stories.
3. Gain high motivation and confidence in adopting User Story format right away.

Story Point estimation is often one of the most misunderstood Agile practices, with many teams defaulting to a "1 SP = X days" approach, which contradicts its core purpose. Despite the misconceptions, it is a powerful concept that, when correctly adopted, can significantly streamline estimation and planning efforts.
